Know that when dealing with Spawty.com and Nose For The Net, you will experience excellent and friendly service.  As our eBay track record suggests (since 1998), our service and reputation is second to no one.  We love our customers and treat them like we would want to be treated. We'll pat ourselves on the back just a little bit and tell you that we've been called the "best eBay seller ever" (several times) and our favorite, "an eBay celebrity".

ORDERS: Most orders are placed/processed through our own online stores. If stock on a particular item catches up to us, we will notify you of it's status. We will give you a refund option, substitution of equal or greater value or expected availability. On in stock items we ship promptly upon receipt of instant payment - usually next day or SOMETIMES EVEN THE SAME DAY. 

In some cases you may be ordering our merchandise directly from the manufacturer which may take a bit longer to arrive depending on the item or if a custom order. IMPORTANT:  Sometimes when buying more than one item the checkout process may not combine shipping, in which case we may discount/refund after payment is received, depending on item/quantity purchased!

PAYMENTS:  We currently accept Pay Pal, Google payments, U.S. personal checks(clearing time) and U.S. money orders. We do accept orders from Canadian/International residents, however depending on the online shop you are at, you may not be able to checkout.  In that case contact us for order/shipping info and help - SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFO.

SHIPPING:  We currently ship via the USPS. Expedited shipping upgrades available - please ask. We DO ship oustide of the U.S. on most items.

RETURNS: Returns may be accepted only after buyer contacts us stating reasons, and subsequently waiting for our reply with specific and important return instructions. Item must be returned in same, new condition in packaging for refund. In some cases, item can be exchanged for like item(ex. different size).

 
PRICING:  We reserve the right to correct pricing/shipping errors without notice.

CANCELLATIONS:  We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided we are notified within 24 hours of placing your order.  Custom orders may not be cancelled.
